Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. At Athletifreak India, we offer a transparent and fair return and exchange policy, in line with Indian consumer protection regulations.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order from www.athletifreak.in, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and untampered
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Exchange is permitted only for size or colour variants of the same
    product, subject to availability


Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Innerwear
  • Socks    
  • Multi-product packs containing any of the above
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use
  • Gift cards (non-returnable and non refundable)


Reverse Logistics Charges on Returns
   

  • Returns for refund (on online orders) will incur a reverse logistics fee of ₹150, deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Exchanges for eligible online orders are free of charge within India.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your order has a manufacturing defect or damage, it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Our team will review the claim and may arrange a reverse pickup for inspection.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, at your request.
  • Warranty on manufacturing defects is valid for 15 days from the purchase date.


How to Request a Return or Exchange (Online Orders)

  1. Log in to your account at www.athletifreak.in
  2. Go to My Orders and choose “Return” or “Exchange”
  3. Provide your reason and upload images if applicable
  4. Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup
  5. Exchanges/refunds are processed after warehouse inspection of the returned item

Timelines for Processing (Online Orders)
      

  • Returns are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse
  • Refunds (minus shipping fees) are issued to the original payment method
  • Banks may take 5-7 business days to reflect the refund


In-Store Purchases  

  • In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged at the same store where the purchase was made.
  • These cannot be processed through the website or customer care team.
  • No monetary refunds will be issued for in-store returns. Instead, a store credit equal to the product value will be issued on the spot, valid for 30 days from the date of return.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be extended or re-issued once expired.


Important Terms

  • Once a return or exchange request is initiated, it cannot be changed or converted (e.g., from exchange to refund)
  • If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be held at our warehouse for 15 days for self collection. After that, it may be discarded or donated
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Online orders must be returned/exchanged online, and in store purchases must be handled at the respective store
