SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH TIMELINES

At Athletifreak India, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.

While we endeavour to dispatch products within the indicated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to stock unavailability, operational issues, or factors beyond our control such as weather disruptions, strikes, or public health restrictions.

After dispatch, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions. Athletifreak India shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

In case of extended delays, you are free to cancel your order and request a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All applicable delivery charges, taxes, and duties (as per Indian GST norms) will be reflected during checkout before payment confirmation.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹25,000. Orders above this value must be paid via prepaid methods (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallets).

A COD handling charge of ₹250 will be applied to all COD orders. This charge is non-refundable and will be displayed clearly at checkout before order confirmation.

Please note:

·     COD is subject to availability at your pincode

·     In the event of a return on a COD order, the refund (excluding the COD handling charge and reverse logistics fee) will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you

·     Athletifreak India reserves the right to withdraw COD availability at any time without prior notice

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on your shipping address and courier availability.

·     If the courier is unable to deliver due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, up to two delivery attempts will be made

·     If delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the shipment will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled and refunded as per our return policy

·     For COD orders that are returned due to failed delivery, the COD handling charge of ₹250 will not be refunded

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Multiple-item orders may arrive in one consolidated package depending on warehouse availability and location.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

Orders placed on www.athletifreak.in are eligible for delivery within India only.

We do not ship to:

·     P.O. Boxes

·     Freight forwarding addresses

·     Package redirection or drop-shipping services

PROCESSING SCHEDULE

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional public holidays. Orders placed during sale periods or holidays may take additional time to process.
