Dispatch Timelines

At Athletifreak India, we aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeline shared at checkout. This estimate will also be included in your order confirmation, stated as:

Dispatch in business days.

While we endeavor to dispatch the products to customers within the indicated timelines, at times, the same may be delayed due to availability of products in a particular warehouse. Also, please note that after dispatch, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions/ strikes/pandemic etc. While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, Athletifreak India shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Delays may occur due to stock inavailability, operational issues, or factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, strikes, or public health restrictions.
• In case of extended delays, you are free to cancel your order and request a full refund, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges

• All applicable delivery charges, taxes, and duties (as per Indian GST norms) will be reflected during checkout, before payment confirmation.

 Delivery Attempts

• Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on your shipping address and courier availability.
  
• If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, up to two delivery attempts will be made.
  
• If delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the shipment will be returned to us, and your order will be cancelled and refunded as per our return policy.

Order Tracking

• You will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  
• Multiple-item orders may arrive in one consolidated package, depending on warehouse availability and location.
  

Delivery Coverage

• Orders placed on www.athletifreak.in are eligible for delivery only within India.

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, Freight forwarding addresses, Package redirection or drop-shipping services

Processing Schedule

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional public holidays.
  
• Orders placed during sale periods or holidays may take additional time to process.
